Store Policy

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed with sufficient notice. Custom cake orders require a minimum of two weeks' advance notice, depending on design complexity.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is due by two weeks before pickup/delivery.

  • Payments are accepted via  Zelle and credit card. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the due date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Orders canceled after 13 days will not be refunded due to the time and resources allocated.

  • No refunds will be given for changes made within 14 days of the event.

Design & Customization

  • All cakes are handmade and may have slight variations from reference images.

  • Minor design adjustments may be necessary to accommodate structural integrity and food safety.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and ingredient differences.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. Late pickups may result in additional storage fees.

  • Delivery is available throughout the States for an additional fee. Clients must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Once the order has left our possession, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or transportation.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Our kitchen is not nut-free. While we offer nut-free options, cross-contamination is possible.

  • We provide dairy-free and vegan options upon request. However, we do not accommodate severe gluten allergies or celiac disease.

Storage & Consumption

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool environment and refrigerated if necessary. We provide care instructions with each order.

  • For best quality, cakes should be consumed within 3 days (room temperature) or 7 days (refrigerated) of pickup.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review order details upon confirmation. Any necessary adjustments must be requested before the finalization deadline.

  • If a third party is picking up the order, they must be informed of proper handling and transportation guidelines.
